About: A contemporary duplex of original abstract paintings using earthy natural colours- like sandstone, cream, nut and autumn leaves. Textures are first applied to the "chunky" box canvas before pigments are slowly absorbed into the surface. The surface colours then become softer on the eye creating a greater warmth and depth to them. Finally, gold metallic lines and leaf are used to compliment and arrange the abstract composition.
