Topic 1 - General Renting Acoustic Panels
a) how long is the acoustic panel rental contract for offices?
12 months, with a 10-day free trial period.

b) do you provide short-term art rentals?
no, our minimum rental period for acoustic wall panels is 12 months.

c) is there a minimum order size for offices?
yes - minimum rental of 5 acoustic wall panels for offices in London and 10 panels for offices outside of London.

d) where do you offer your acoustic wall panel service?
GingerWhite is based in E3, Bethnal Green, in East London. Our acoustic wall panel rental service for offices and businesses covers the Greater London region and the Home Counties.

e) what if my office is based outside of these areas?
we may still be able to help, so please contact us with your needs. Note we may just need to charge a higher call out fee to reflect delivery times, depending on the order size for your office.

f) do you rent acoustic wall panels to private homes?
no, we specialise in renting acoustic wall panels to offices and businesses.

g) can we rent a mixture of some acoustic wall panels and some artwork?
yes, this is possible and can be organised under one rental contract (for example, an office might rent some acoustic wall panels in their meeting rooms and rent some artwork in their office area).


Topic 2 - Delivery & Installation of Acoustic Wall Panels
a) who delivers and installs the paintings?
our professional team takes care of all delivery and installation. We don't outsource the work, so to be 100% sure the installation is done correctly.

b) what are your delivery times?
we arrange convenient delivery times to suit your business needs. Usually this is done during normal office working hours, although if required, the acoustic wall panels can be installed in evenings and at weekends (a delivery surcharge fee will apply for out of hours work).

c) how often can we change the acoustic wall panels in our office?
you have the option to change the acoustic wall panels every 6, 12 or 24 months, depending upon the rotation plan you choose for your office - see our rental prices.

d) are the acoustic wall panels secure on the office wall?
yes, all of our wall panels are firmly secured to the office walls using two hooks per picture, so they are stable and always remain level.


Topic 3 - Finished Look of the Acoustic Wall Panels
a) what do the panels look like?
we rent  two types of acoustic wall panels: Acoustic Art Panels and Acoustic Fabric Panels.

b) what are options for Acoustic Art Panels?
You can search and choose from our image library of contemporary images featuring a wide variety of fresh artwork styles, including nature art, abstract art, architectural art, landscapes, figurative art and quirky illustrations. You can also browse our acoustic image collections here.

c) what are options for Acoustic Fabric Panels?
For a plain fabric finish to your acoustic wall panel, choose a colour from our stylish acoustic fabric ranges. We offer 3 different fabric ranges providing over 80 fabric colours to choose from.

To download the digital colour swatch chart, click here. You can also request for actual fabric samples to be posted to your office (remember digital fabric scans are not 100% colour accurate and can vary a little between different devices/screens).

d) What sizes/shapes of acoustic wall panels are available to rent?
The acoustic wall panels are available to rent in the following 3 large sizes:
-Square 100x100cm
-Landscape: 120cm (W) by 80cm (H)
-Portrait: 80cm (W) by 120cm (T)..

e) are labels or price tags stuck to the wall next to the artwork?
no, we do not put up labels or price tags next to the panels, so your clients need never know you are renting the acoustic wall panels. 


Topic 4 - Payment & Costs for Renting Acoustic Wall Panels
a) when are rental payments made and how do we pay?
we invoice businesses quarterly in advance and ask for payment by BACS banks transfer. The first rental invoice is not issued until you are happy with the acoustic panels installed - all of our rental agreements come with a 10-day trial period (we will change the panels or cancel the agreement if you are not satisfied).

b) are there any other costs?
If your office is based outside of central London, a delivery surcharge fee will apply (this varies by location, typically £95 in Greater London (inside M25), and £125-145 for Home Counties).

c) are the rented acoustic panels insured?
no, as usually our office clients standard business contents insurance policy will already cover the rented panels. If not, then the cheapest method is for our clients to arrange a simple extension to their existing policy (we'll help by providing a certificate of value). Or, we can quote to provide insurance for you, if required.

d) can I cancel the acoustic rental contract?
yes - after the minimum 12-month rental period, we ask for 3 months written notice.
