Waterfalls of the World - Kaieteur Falls. Guyana (#AA_WFALL_08)

About: Waterfalls are natural wonders of the world and have been loved by humans since ancient times. It’s easy to appreciate why they are so appealing to us. The spectacular sight, sound and feel of a free-flowing waterfall make them a truly magical experience. But did you know there is a scientific reason why we love waterfalls? A waterfall releases negative ions, so when we are near them we soak those ions up as positive energy. Our production of serotonin is increased once these ions enter our blood stream, which in turn makes us naturally feel happier. From the breathtaking Iguazu Falls shared between Argentina & Brazil, to the largest singular waterfall drop in the world at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, this collection features striking photographs of some of the worlds’ best waterfalls.
