NEW IN "Tranquility" is a limited edition series of landscape artwork, created by Penny Frith.
"Penny draws inspiration from her travels to the scenic coastlines and landscapes of the UK and France. She strives to convey a sense of tranquility along with a luminous light filled quality through use of colour and proportion. The vista and skies in Penny's work all start from somewhere she's been, but the abstract nature captures something emotional rather than figurative, evoking the feeling of somewhere known and loved." Cambridge Contemporary Art.
Medium: Limited to an edition run of 99, each image is printed using a 12 colour giclée fine art printing process onto a luxurious 410gsm Hahnemühle Monet cotton canvas material. The printed canvas is then carefully hand stretched over a chunky 38mm deep stretcher bar frame milled from the finest quality kiln dried knotless pine sourced from sustainable European forests. It is then finished with a stylish wooden float frame to create a special work of art
