Terms and Conditions for Smoke Free Art Prize Draw
1) Offer is for a maximum of 5 pieces of artwork up to a total value of £2000, rented for free for 6 months.
2) Offer includes free delivery and installation by the GingerWhite team.
3) Entry to the draw is free. No purchase is required
4) Nominations must be licensed pubs, restaurants, hotels or bars based in London.
5) You must be employed by the company you are nominating.
6) Only one entry will be counted per company
7) Closing date for nominations is 31st July 2007.
8) Winner will be notified by 17th August 2007.
9) Details of the winner will be displayed on the GingerWhite website.
10) The wining company will need to agree to the standard GingeWhite Client Terms & Conditions. A copy will be provided prior to installation
11) We retain the right to decline the offer if the environment risks damaging the art. The decision of GingerWhite management will be final. An alternative winner will be drawn.
12) No cash equivalent to the prize.
13) Photos of installed art may be taken and used by GingerWhite in future promotions.
14) Artwork will be chosen by the winner based on options presented by GingerWhite.
15) Artwork will be removed by GingerWhite for free at the end of the 6 month period
16) Entry to the prize draw is deemed to imply acceptance of these terms and conditions
